They're kinda common these days because nobody has a real use for them. I'd say $20-30 max.

Not sure ones without the box on ebay are 20-30 since you have the box perhaps a little bit more i say no more then 40-50 in that condition
There is a Windows 95 serial cable which if boxed and complete tends to sell for more then the camera does nowdays...
