Pics? How did you obtain it? Sorry for the questions, but with the fakes so easily flying around out there I just want to know a little backstory here.
With all due respect, if someone would make a fake.... then I'm pretty sure said person would pick a more high profile title and would be a little bit vague about the version/build. That being said, @Cooleo are you 100% sure it's the final build... is there perhaps the possibility of the game being near final?

Asking questions never hurt. Especially with stuff that can be easily faked. Just wanted to protect myself.
