How would I got about using a computer CRT monitor as an RGB input?

Does anyone have a good way of using a computer monitor as an RGB input from for example, a SEGA Mega Drive?

You'll probably need to use converters. Old console games are a peculiar low resolution RGB (often around 240p 15khz) that doesn't follow computer standards.

I wouldn't be surprised if PAL might be a problem too. 50hz isn't usually used by IBM style computers like PC or Mac.

All the converters I have seen just convert the composite or S-Video into VGA.
Hmm... well it was just an idea because as you know, we Australians dont have RGB TV's. Not unless you go and really find one.
