...That poor case.. Why is it black? He could of made it (maybe) look pretty wicked if he had kept it clear, added some LEDs, etc.

I come off as an arrogant jerk sometimes, feel free to bring me back down to level when that happens; however, it's not intentional most of the time.

If you were stupid enough throw away the processor then you don't deserve to have it fixed, but regardless it would still be possible to repair, he didnt say you could magic up replacement parts, simply that it is possible to repair anything, I assumed that "provided you can source the appropriate parts" was a given. While not strictly true, your example wasn't perhaps the best.

It wasn't me who said it to begin with I was just suggesting that the previous example of an "unrepeairable item" was repeairable. Fire damaged items, however, is a fair point.
I don't see why people are getting angry about this, even if it's a devkit, it's just a stupid, ugly Xbox. Besides, why the hell did they even bother making dev Xboxes? I thought those were called "2002 spec PCs".
7Force gtfo..... theres saturn dev kits what are they called 1994 spec pc's...

My feedback thread, since it seems somewhat difficult for people to find.
Lol, APE.
But really. Dev kits- no matter how ugly or stupid, are dev kits. They aren't going to be made again, so this one has gone to complete waste.
Except you take the Tool case and cut it down to the size of a PS2.
