I never took eBay for one to respond that quickly to legal legwork. Though they did kill an Atari 2600 auction of mine within 12 hours because the word "modded" appeared in the auction. Modded as in "modded to be capable of running off a 9v battery".

Interesting find. Whether or not there is a gold version, it's probably safe to say this seller's wasn't one of them. If anyone has anymore info on the 10 million edition, I'd love to see it.
