I can't boot from CD-ROM/HD at all. Hence why I have to get around to using this AWDflash things to flash the bios.
verify the power supply, sometimes it's unstable. Also check for bad caps.
This kind of errors can be very annoying, check ide cables, motherboard battery, psu, ram, drives and if anything works, just unplug everything and try another day (it really works!)
Id go with caps too
Oh also... you suck at the internet.

Also, it would seem there are 2 bioses for 2 different versions of this board. Make sure you read the documentation and pick the correct one.
Oh no, I could access your mediafire link. I've closed comodo and it still wont let me access the original link nor download .torrent files from tpb. Must be something with my isp.
I was poking around with it again and I noticed something I never really paid attention to before.
Theres a blue dipswitch in the top right corner.
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
D U U D U D D D
D= Down, U = Up. Any particular combo I should try?
This came from a school. They'd previously been used in BTEC-IT for coursework so I figure somebody might have pissed around with the dip switch.
Those are to set the processor speed (before it was software controlled).
Could be causing your issue, had forgotten about those!
Manual attached.

Thanks mate, got a bunch of my plate as I've got some more school gave me that Ill be able to piece together to make more. They were used in BTEC-IT computer systems so were taken apart by newbies. Earlier I found a AGP card half chilling in a PCI slot, "uh why dunnit fit sir?"
So a conclusion to this thread.
I booted this up not 20 minutes ago to give it another go, it boots STRAIGHT up to Windows ME with every the exact same as it was one month ago. I read in another thread you used to have to have skill to build PC's in the 90's. I disagree, you had to have goddamn luck.

My feedback thread, since it seems somewhat difficult for people to find.
