Unlike other late JP Acclaim games where the insert is newly printed albeit with very minor differences from the Pal versions, NFL is the pal version with two stickers on the spine, top and bottom as the site says. It should also come with the Genesis manual as well as the JP one. So a real mix, US, Pal and JP in one.
