We sold our original FLASH ROM cartridge, that does not mean the game hasn't been backed up. How do you guys think copies of Ghostlop, Ironclad, or Bang Busters were made? Rom to eprom.

You also stated the buyer is planning a release.

We sold our FLASH ROM cartridge to a collector. He said he wants to do a release.
He's asking advice and wants to work together with NGF on doing a release because the sales would reach a larger market. There are more details than people seem to realize when attempting to make a full release.

About release, wheela asked a good question about you talking about some sort of release. Do you actually still have a license agreement to put out non-SNK Neo-Geo titles? This game is by "Monolith". Really I just would like to see the ROM images preserved by being put online. However that can come about doesn't really matter to me.

The first time NGF provided video footage of Last Odyssey, a game NO ONE EVER SAW IN ACTION, people like mike/tonk came up with the idea that NGF somehow tracked down video footage just in time when people demanded it. Somehow, somewhere, we just happen to find footage of an unreleased game just to keep the lie going. Do you guys realize how desperate you guys sound for that assumption?
At this point in time.... Chris and myself will no longer respond or give into any more demands and threats about protos, since it seems it's just a witch hunt and used to flaming.
We already shown photos of the proto boards and provided a full length video. There is nothing else that we will do at this point in time. If people want to say we don't have "game X," so be it. I'll say it for you.... we don't have game X. We don't have anything rare or of interest. We don't have arts or other things people have never seen. Is that good enough for you guys?

You misunderstand my post. I was not saying I believe Dion that he has the game. I was just saying that someone out there probably does have the ROM files judging by those pictures that were probably taken in NeoRageX. But I did not know the age of those pictures as you apparently do, so perhaps they were promo shots.
I'm just interested in seeing someone with the rom data upload them for all. But it's not like I spend very much time thinking about this subject or this particular game that I wasn't even aware of till recently. I just think in general it is a good idea to release these to be preserved collectively and enjoyed by anyone that is interested in it.

We showed the proto cart and test image picture of the title screen years ago. Now it seems that the rom is out there cause someone recently posted a new title screen image taken directly from NeoRage.
Track down the person who first showed that newly found NeoRage image and see if they will give out/dump the rom for free. Let the next witch hunt begin.
