Hey everyone one. If you should select one your favourite Batman comics? The Dark Knight Returns. It is so well written that it just kept me reading.

Hush is amazing

Just everything about it. Joker being beaten half to death, the Affair with Catwoman other things I can't say because it's too much of a spoiler.

I never managed to find Batman books anything past constantly mediocre. There's only so much you can do to flesh out the character, and it has been all done by now. Odyssey was an interesting trip though.
Also, that book where Batman is dead and all his friends and the villains come to his funeral and share their stories. You know, that one where Alfred is the Joker.

Now if you want something consistently awesome, try Goon or Atomic Robo.

Grant Morisson's All Star Batman and Robin was pretty good!

If you want to get into Batman, the new series' that started a couple months ago are all pretty good. In fact, most of the new 52 lineup is top notch!

I read the Frank Miller Dark Knight Returns, and its sequel. I have also read Year One (and a few more) both in English and Danish. And they are smashing great.
