I checked both the list you linked to as well as the official court documents (Which I have copies of btw) and nowhere on that list is the game Puzzle Bobble. As I pointed out on another forum, you two sold me a copy of this game and according to the documents you just provided you sold me a bootleg game.

Some games are absent from the list due to human error on the part of Playmore, as seen with how many games were absent from the press release and thus playmore issuing two press release statements.

The confusion happened because we never did any business with Playmore/SNKPlaymore. All of our negotiations and authorization were done directly through SNK-Japan. When Playmore purchased the NeoGeo rights from Aruze, they were not aware of the agreements between SNK-Japan and NeoGeoFreak/NGF-USA, so this is what caused the confusion.

We are aware of titles missing from the playmore press release, but we'll be including a full list of all authorized games on our website at www.NeoGeoFreak.com
