The NeopenBios project

Hello everyone.

Furrtek and I (the two members of the new Neo-Geo homebrew community :P) started a project of developing a open-source bios for the Neo-Geo MVS and AES.
There is three main goal in this project :
- Know better the Neo-Geo hardware
- Provide to developer a bios with a lot of debug features
- Provide the user a bios with a lot of cool features
