    Net Yaroze Member/Access ID Card

Some time ago I came across this picture:
    http://www.flickr.com/photos/scedevnet/5585974002/

It's basically a Net Yaroze system, as we all know them; however it shows 1 item I heard of before, but never saw in any other picture: the Access ID Card.
I'm not talking about the Access Card (Black, memory-card style), but the Member's card (blue, credit card like).

I was wondering if someone in this forum has one and can scan it or provide a close-up picture of it (both sides).
IIRC it includes a particular code, which I'm not asking for (feel free to blur it or "paint" it).
What I would like besides the picture, is what the code looks like (i.e. how many characters? numeric only? or alphanumeric?

Also, did the kit come with a Welcome letter? If so, I'm also looking for a scan/close up of it.

    Thanks in advance!

PS: "Close-up" meaning you can see the item entirely (sorry, I'm not good with some english words, and want to make sure I'm not misunderstood )

Looks like a smart card to me.

My feedback thread, since it seems somewhat difficult for people to find.

It shouldn't be. AFAIK it only has the ID printed so the buyer could go to the NY website and register an account (since the site was a member's only).

I remember seeing the Sony welcome documentations and codes on it once. I don't remember a card however...

Maybe the card came only for the Japanese NY and then they included the code in the Welcome letter for US/UK. In any case, I'm looking for a scan of both :)
