I need an app for diagnostics, anyone?

I'm having these weird BSOD errors in Win7 and I think it might be my motherboard

Does anyone knows of a good program to do mobo diagnostics?

Not sure if you still need this, but if your Windows is set to generate minidumps no BSOD, you can use NirSoft BlueScreenView to analyze the minidump and see which driver is causing them.
