Bit late on this one... sorry!

David Croft, legendary British sitcom writer, producer and director, has died. Croft wrote Dad's Army, It Ain't Half Hot Mum, Hi-De-Hi! and You Rang M'Lord? with Jimmy Perry. He also wrote several other series, including Are You Being Served? and 'Allo 'Allo! with Jeremy Lloyd.
