The Action Replay is in a plastic box, which is quite sturdy compared to the cardboard boxes of the Super NES games. So I thought it wouldn't be a problem sending it in a jiffy bag. Personally I never had any problems with damaged plastic boxes when sending/receiving in a jiffy bag. I'm very sorry about this. In the future I will mention the packaging prior shipment.

The plastic on the box is that thin/brittle stuff.

Its not a huge problem - it was reasonable priced even without the box. Just a shame for it to have gotten ruined :(
