    Peter Falk, best known as Columbo, died last night after suffering for the past few years from dementia.

    A great actor, very under-rated. He starred in one of my all-time favourite films, The California Dolls aka All The Marbles as a sleazy coach/promoter for a pair of female wrestlers.

    I just learned about this from my dad.

    Whenever I was zapping late at night and Columbo was on I usually watched the episode till the end.

    Columbo was unmatched in his ability to solve cases, while at the same time annoying the hell out of the guilty. Almost to the point of self-incrimination. Ah, Good times! :-)
