    Clone Neo Pocket Colour?

Is this an official Neo Geo Pocket Colour? Seems pretty iffy to me. THe packing looks cheap and doesn't have the Nepo Geo logo on it. But it does come with what seem to be official Neo pocket games.

Yeha, they are just repackaging of the systems and games to get rid of old stock at a "bargain" price.

Apparently there was a load of NGPC systems and games in a warehouse somewhere and this guy brought the lot. Disposed of the original packing and repackaged them as these 'Pocket Arcade' jobbies.

I wish they had kept the original packaging....it's making it pretty difficult to actually find an NGPC new in the original box, even when there is no actual shortage of new NGPCs...

Not terribly easy to find the slim ones new either.

No, there's also "clamshell" packaged games, at least in the UK. More desirable, it seems.

    I bought one of those...

And yes, it is an authentic NGPC. In addition, there are packages of games that you can get (4 games in a pack).

The one major good thing that came out of this is that the US version of Faselei! has finally seen the light of day - copies are in some of the addon packs.

Toys r us was clearing our neo pockets.

I got a clear (the milky opaque) one as it's the one I needed besides the Japanese green camo.

$29.99 not too bad NOS, but the shipping on amazon is terrible.
