Oke,So just to be clear,I don't have to bend pin 1 and 44 and 23? it's unnecessary right? cause if i dont have to,i really dont want to,im afraid it will snap

If you are lifting the old chip and replacing it, you don't need to bend anything. If you're piggybacking it with a switch, you'll need to bend the legs.

They can be bent a few times (3-5) before they snap, so as long as you only do the first bend down, then straighten (2 bends) you'll be fine. Just don't do what I did and sneeze while holding the iron, shearing off pin 1 :banghead:

So now I'm lifting the chip and replacing with pre-flashed, as I can't really be bothered to cleanly remove the crippled chip.

    lol
    okay will do
Im not gonna do a switch,to much of a hassle.
im just going to replace it..it will be a pain because my iron is actuelly to big..
    i hope it works

    ow crap.....
I have no screen after the bios chip swap..is the motherboard broken? cause this because i touched the board with my solder iron by accident? it was a pain the whole thing..goddammit..what did i do wrong..1 to 23,44 to leg 9 ic502 right? or did i had to do something before removing my old bios and soldering new one?
Could it be i overheated and fried the bios? it was pretty hot when i was heating al the legs..
BadAd84 can i send my dreamcast for repair from holland please?? if so how much for the shipping and the fixing itself?

I cant guarantee I can fix it without seeing it first. But it sounds like its just the soldering job to me?

Can you take some high resolution pictures for me to look at?

    Is there a minimum order?

If not, I'd like to have 2 please.
    I want them both blank.
    Delivery within in UK.

I assume, I wait for you to PM now?

Out of curiosity, and you can answer this in the PM, if you like; what method of shipping do you use, and what's the average delivery time?

    Thank you.
    Play like you mean it!
