GG Everdrive - Games that don't work thread

Hi all
I have some problems with some game gear roms (graphx glitches etc) I want to share with you all.

Here they are :

GG Gunstar Heroes (JAP) (Sprites glitches - Not working)
GG Rastan Saga (JAP) (Not working - Game Freeze at startup screen)


...anyone else to confirm ?

I can confirm these are broken.

Actually Rastan Saga doesn't freeze, it just ignores all key presses.

Rastan Saga is actually an SMS game, running on Game Gear using SMS compatibility mode.
Try renaming it as .sms and see if input work after that, could be that GG Everdrive is not switching the console into Master System mode and inputs are working differently in Game Gear mode.

About the other game, sprite glitches are somewhat frequent on Game gear / Master System because of hardware limitations so if you see disappearing or flickering sprites, that's normal.

Gunstar Heroes glitches very badly on the stage select screen and then crashes on the first stage. I've tried 4 different roms, all with the same result :( :(

Also games that I found don't work:
Predator 2 (bad dump I think)
New Zealand Story (glitching, from being PAL I think)
Chase HQ (both GG and SMS versions)
Megumi Rescue (bad dump, player doesn't control correctly)
Duck Tales
Outrun Europa

GG Doraemon (all versions I could find online) dont run (glitch and froze at title screen)
GG Turrican Demo port doesn't run
Nazo Puyo (puyo puyo one)
Fantastic Dizzy

Krikzz, any chance you'll update compatibility sometime? I really would like to play Gunstar Heroes :(

Edit: found a wolfchild dump that works. though no sound...probably just that bad of a port lol.
