    Speaker wire:
Can be bought cheap from Maplin/ebay. Shouldn't be too difficult to replace.

    Remote control:
Take it apart. Clean the plastics and rubber membrane with mineral water, clean the PCB using cotton buds dipped in vodka. Make sure it's all dried out before reassembling.

    Casing:
Damp cloth/mineral water again. If it's greasy, then add a small amount of washing up liquid to dissolve it, then clean it all off.

    Lights:
You'd need to open it up to see what type of bulbs are used.

    Front panel/Laser:
Unless you can get a non-working unit in good condition to use for parts, i'm not sure where you'd get replacement parts from.
    I'll mod your face!

Hopefully that should sort it yeah i guess il just have to try cleaning the cd drive and the front pannel is gonna be impossible to get and the speaker cover things are possibly none existent nowadays, seeing as Panasonic took over Technics i would of thought they still do parts for theses vintage systems. i can find stuff for older generations ¬_¬ just nothing really for mid 90's stuff
