What chip is used to save ST-V nvram ?

Hi !

I'm trying to find out what chip is used to save nvram data on the Sega ST-V board, and I'm not successful so far ...
My best bet would be IC12 (with 3771 9510 M61 markings on it) next to the SMPC ... can anyone confirm, as I can't find any datasheet for that markings ?

Nope MB3771 is a voltage monitor.
I don't have a board here so I'm goind by pics found on the web... my bet is on the 28 pin chip that sit between BIOS, battery and jumper.
BTW the jumper set the motherboard region (different from bios region...) as far I know only one game read motherboard region (sfish2)

Ok, so I checked the chip you pointed to me, and it has the following markings :

XLJ6265AF-10SL
518 103N

It might be a sram chip, but I can't find any datasheet on the web :/
Apparently it's also used on MVS slots...

It's a DC to DC voltage converter it would appear.

It's an sram and it should be 8K x8. If you search for 6265 you will find the datasheet of the old DIP version easly. Tomorrow I will look on my boards if they used other part.

Runik you mean the normal ram that also the Saturn use, right?
Or does you mean the eeprom? In the later case it's a small 8 pin chip next to the MB3771. It's an 93c4x I don't remember the specific model.
