Is this the right SCSI card?

Recently I got Katana dev kits and I am trying to learn how to use them. Anyways I have been reading the forum and apparently the Adaptec 2940u card is the way to go it seems. I found this one on eBay and just want someone else's opinion that this is the correct card before I buy it.

Also, is the only other thing I need to get this Katana running is the 50 pin male to male SCSI cable (and the sdk of course)?

    Thanks!

    it's the correct one, yes.

You might want to buy an active scsi terminator too:

The rest is as you mentionned.

    devkit_s_ ? How many did you buy ? :)

Ok that's good. I was expecting only one dev kit, but I ended up with two. :) One does not want to boot up (black screen) but I think it may need to be flashed. But I can only do one thing at a time so my first focus is to obtain the hardware. (cables, card, terminator)
