    Sega Saturn VA0.5 schematics pdf

    http://www.geocities.jp/atx197/Ssmn052S1_10.pdf

The pinned topic has schematics in still images, this one is a beautifully composed PDF. All the notes are in japanese, however. Still, it should be much easier to search in this one.

The guy who did this has a ton of other stuff up there, including schematics for the 4mb ram expansion, or the kof95 rom cart. Since the kof95 rom cart is now dumped, it may be possible to build that cart with the schematics.
There's also much more research there, such as gigantic in-depth tables detailing the differences on various different Saturn motherboards, etc.

Wow, Geocities Japan is still alive?

Ignoring that shocker, thanks for sharing!

The 4Mbit cart is a flash cart, not a ram cart. He does have a schematic for the 1MByte ram cart, but not the 4MByte cart.

That schematic was super cool but it missed the part with the sound hardware(SCSP), sadly.

Somebody needs to build a home made Saturn. Man, that would kick so much ass.

But it would be hard as hell.
