Does anyone have the means to extract a movie from a PSX title?

I really want the intro to Ridge Racer Type 4 in it's highest possible quality.

I know there are various tools on Zophar's domain etc but I'm on a Mac :/

Can it be dumped by any other means?

If someone knows how to do it and is feeling generous, I'd love to have the vid in a recognised format at highest possible quality.

It's purely for personal use.
