SN64 Dev Kit ... any scsi card ?

Will any properly spec'd (correct connector, correct speed) SCSI card work with the SN64 dev cart (the big black one) ?

Or do I absolutely need the yellow scsi card that they included with it ?

    Thanks.

Thanks very much - that's good to know I can use any standard card.

Out of curiosity, what kind of a system and what specific version of windows are you using for this dev environment ? I was thinking a p3 based system running Windows XP ?

Or do you need to be back at win95/98 to make this work ?

Also, the 2940uw has a wide connector out the back, whereas the SN64 cartridge has a narrow connector - do you just use a cable with wide on one end and narrow on the other ?

    I use XP 32bit (AMD Athlon X2 64)

Both the SCSI card and SN cart should have female HD50 connectors.

This is the exact card in my PC. Turns out it's a 2940U (W denotes 68pins i think)
