I used an HSS-0138 saved data backup thing on my NTSC-U machine, but that probably doesn't help you much. :D

Probably, or maybe it's a dud. I've only ever had the use of a EURO cart in a PAL system though and that was a long long time ago.

Strangely I've started liking Saturn stuff again though... starting to miss my Sophia Systems Saturn and games such as Christmas NiGHTS, Clockwork Knight and Virtual Hydlide :(

Saturn memory cartridges are not region locked. Just remember thatt he Saturn's cartridge port is F+ing awful. Just as bad or worse than the western NES.

I believe I have a JAP memory card & import converter for the Saturn. Will have to dig it out to give precise details. It worked on my PAL Saturn, but was prone to errors, often filling itself up with random data which only a full reformat would solve. Seeing as I only had one import game at the time I never really bothered with it.

I can't believe no one has noticed this yet :P

HSS-0150 is a RAM-cartridge (1MB)! Of course it won't save your game states.
Actual memory carts are not region locked. I use a PAL cartridge all the time for my Japanese games (on a JPN console).
