Apple support company sues customer for complaining

After sale issues here are A LOT more common that everyone thinks. However, this is the first time that a "company" takes action against a buyer/customer. I sure hope so that Apple will sue back those bastards.

Well technically they are sueing him for slander rather then complaining.

I thought slander is a term that only applies to journalists and the like, or maybe that's just in the US.

Clearly suing someone for saying you suck (slander or not) as a company is going to clear your name worldwide and not cause Apple to take away your status as an authorized repair center.
