    Sick to my stomach

I've recently been hit with a huge expense out of the blue, and
I've got this bowling ball in my stomach for the past week.

    Very stressful

Exercise and drink some chamomile to relax your nerves.

drink small sips of carbonated water with lots of ice.

    Burp as needed.

Vomit will make you feel better also.

I think Assembler isn't worried about a bloated stomach, but the crushing feeling of worry that can hit you when confromted by something like this.

My advice is to talk to as many trusted people as you can. If you really need to pay this money because it's a bill / fine or something then talk to whoever presented it to you and discuss small regular payments that you can manage. It's not usually most peoples desire to crush you so that you can't pay and as long as they get thier money eventually within reason then you should be OK.

I've been there several times and there's always a way out. Keep strong, but for god's sake talk to people and share the problem - don't try to manage it all on your own.

Hope it all works out well for you and you get over this hurdle more easily than you thought possible.

What is that? It reminds me of something I have owned or seen in my past life but I can't remember.

Ah I'll handle it, I always do. Doesn't mean my hair won't go grey or fall out.

Thanks for all the kind words.

What sort of expence can hit you out of the blue, unless the IRS are after you?

I am sure you have anough capital even if a lot of it is sitting in assets, but hope everything goes well.

Dude, I know right. I could go on forever about that. Kev, science proves that no matter how distraught you are, if you smile, even a fake one, it does some weird psycho mumbo jumbo that does wonders for health and mood, so just wear the biggest smile on your face and it'll make you feel better, and probably but your peers in a better mood too. (In all seriousness, I do wish you luck, without you and your site, I'd probably be the greedy SOB that I was back when I joined :P These people here have really taught me some things, I think I'm still learning though :B)

ASSEMbler, if your stomach feels like shit. Then perhaps you should get some cola, and perhaps even an exlax, to get your system cleaned out of the gas. But do NOT overdo the exlax part of the deal, since you will be on shit creek (lol) in a matter of minutes if you take an overdose of that. Or else, just drink camomile tea with half milk, and half tea.

Mint tea helps calm a stomach, at least it works for my stress related stomach issues. I get peppermint. Aside from that, a good plan of action, then I usually feel better about it. Writing down the plan gives you something physical to look at so you know it is in hand. Best of luck.

i am a hypocondriac. it isnt as bad as some people who go as far as run to the doctor and then still remain convinced they are going to die, but it sucks.

sorry you are feeling that way. money sucks.

    my advice:

avoid the news as much as you can, especially FINANCIAL NEWS.
it will just make you think of your own issues even more.
