No and the rumours of my death have been greatly exaggerated ;)
Joking aside, It is £35 new here I don't see why it wouldn't be $35 new theere.

Probably is. Asian games go for a price much cheaper then USA.
But do check that
1. It is the English Version and not Chinese (*)
2. That it's not region locked (alot of 360 games are, check play-asia they have a compatibility list).
(*) Asian (usually referring to HK & Taiwan) tend to get Halo games in 2 flavors, 1 with chinese dubs and 1 with english dubs.

I have Chinese version of Halo Reach and everything is in English, only manual and cover is bilingual.

I got the Asian version of Lost Planet from Play Asia, back then, and it ran perfectly on my Region 4 / American Xbox 360. I have a region free version of Lost Odyssey, and my copy of Tales of Vesperia might be asian. The title actually appears in Japanese in my dashboard... which is weird, because my Xbox isn't modded, and all my games are legitimate.
I think you'll be OK checking the compatibility list at Play-Asia. And Asian English Language version games are cheaper, generally, so that's a plus.
