They write it as it was completely out of the harm's way, as if the VGA case was everything-proof... Even a common house accident can actually damage it badly haha.
I'm actually feeling bad for those "VGA Game Investors" who think that a VGA Graded After Burner will hold more value than an actual Air Force Jet... I just hope they don't ruin the retro gaming market(like everyone with crappy old games saying "no way dude, my game is worth at least $5000, it's on ebay")
Insert stupid poem here.
I wish you could bitchslap people over the internet.

Good luck selling that to any museum for that price.
interesting that he doesnt even mention "diamond" or "rio in the title itself. In fact, he doesnt mention it at all in the ad. good luck selling something worthless that no one can find for $95,000 XD
Edit: maybe he did mention it in the description. but still, not in the title.

Do remember that you should post screen captures (upload them via imageshack.us) rather then links as we want to be able to laugh at people in the near future too.

ok i will try to give that a go next time I am still laughing my ass off at some of these VGA listings they generally will say almost anything to try sell the overpriced games ! like this
Ladies and gentlemen I present... Super Mario Bros. 3 (Nintendo, NES, 1990). This game is BRAND NEW, FACTORY SEALED and VGA GRADED 85+! This is a Gold level game and is in AMAZING condition! Don't miss your chance to own a piece of gaming history! The VGA serial number of this item is 75374001 and can be looked up on the vggrader.com website. For those who don't know, VGA (Video Game Authority) is a well-respected authenticator and grader of factory sealed video games. A grade of 85+ is a truly outstanding grade and represents a near mint plus specimen - a Gold LEVEL grade.
The first step of any VGA grading is to authenticate that the game is actually factory sealed so you know that this game is the real deal! There are many reseals floating around on ebay these days so you need to be sure what you are getting is authentic. < LOL
From the vggrader.com website:
Gold Level
The VGA Gold level consists of the grades 100, 95+, 95, 90+, 90, and 85+. When an items condition warrants classification within this level, the smallest of flaws are judged and taken into account to determine the exact grade received. The select few items which receive these grades are among the highest quality in existence. A very small percentage of items submitted to VGA receive a Gold level grade. An items flaws must be very minor, subtle, and can often be difficult to identify with the naked eye. A collector who is extremely condition sensitive should be satisfied with the condition of a Gold level item in the vast majority of instances.
If you have never before owned a VGA game they are true museum pieces. They are encased in tamper-proof acrylic cases and will be shipped in their original poly baggies. If you want the ultimate way to own a sealed game and be certain it is a legitimate factory sealed item, you cannot go wrong with graded VGA games! < Ultimate way ???? HARDLY AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
If I had the money I would buy that SMB3 and ask for a refund on day 59 just for fun...
Acrylic will start to melt at 240c (just under 480f), so sticking in your oven when on would be a bad idea.
Acrylic will burn quite vigorously, even more so then paper or wood.4. Napalm Flamethrower!
Acrylic is chemically inert to some strong acids like sulfuric acid, but can still be attacked with weak organic acids like acetic acid as well as petrol (so if the Napalm was not burning it would eat the acrylic...), kerosene, turpetine and even ethanol (or a strong vodka) would attack it. If you tried to clean it with a number of solvents you could end up with a opaque cover...5. Acid Chemical Solutions!
it would get rather wet and ruin the thing inside it...6. Abyssal Ocean!
