I was watching that auction myself and was totally surprised how the auction ended especially for that amount.
But I wouldn't consider this to be a 'Hall of Shame' as the bids were unpredictable.

Bit expensive, but you get 29 games 3 controllers, SCPH1002, mouse etc... although not sure why he has a PSOne behind it. Probably be worth it if it was around half that price.
