File a 'Not as described' complaint with Ebay if you have to.

Well I have open a 'not as described' case with eBay. The guy never answered my question or acknowledged me at all in over 24hrs.

I hope that it can be resolved through ebay but becuase of the amount of issues/problems with the lot I think it will be a pain.

People need to start posting screencaps instead of links. No one likes to read pages and pages of dead expired ebay links.

What an absolute joke. Had a Sega Saturn show up like this before. It was cheap but I didnt expect that and 15 games to be crammed into a vodka crate which was then just folded up to keep them vaguely secure and parcel taped to hell.

The games showed up all out of there cases (which were also beaten to crap) and scratched. The saturn had a bunch of damage to it and was cracked in places. I wasn't having it whatsoever. Got straight onto him and he tried negotiating a partial refund for a saturn that barely worked and a bunch of games that didnt work at all. He ended up giving me a full refund and letting me keep it. Saturn ended up on eBay as parts and I cashed in a favour to get the games resurfaced which fixed a few of them. Ended up selling the ones that didnt work as manual and case only.

Just noticed this gem while searching for gamecube games. Admittedly, this is a rare game, but this price is honestly ridiculous.

I bought this as a backup to my existing copy of NG3 - In other words, I was interested in preserving the board. Ironically, when it arrived, I found that the board inside was none other than Goonies 2!

Already filed a claim with eBay. I was appalled that this guy would stoop so low. The description stated that the game "plays beautifully". That means that either he never tested it, or deliberately swapped the boards. In either case, that's some low shit.

Ya, unless it's some old grandmother who doesn't know games and just powered it on to see if it worked, that's pretty low to do such a brazen bait-n-switch.

Well, judging by the other items for sale and prior feedback, probably a flea market reseller. There is simply no excuse - this is a matter of reading comprehension.

You've got to be kidding me. I looked at the titles. With the number of carts he's selling, in the condition they are in, and taking into consideration the rare titles he does have... maybe, MAYBE $900, and that's being generous.

You can find a boxed Saturn for $70. At this price, I'm surprised that it isn't VGA.
