I have one question: Do you know where this special edition comes from? I was told that it was handed out to store managers at an german retailer (MediaMarkt?), but I never confirmed it. It certainly wasn't sold in stores to regular customers.

Gold Review and Media Kits aka Special Editions was available only for press and devs. Some of them was used as prizes in arena contest. So people who win them sometimes sell them on eBay as some devs and people from press too. :)

Strange that a complete soundtrack CD exists for what is essentially a mobile phone game. :P
