Whenever I format the SD card in the Everdrive, i always get some garbledygook on there. It only shows up on Linux and the Everdive though. I'm using OS 16.

try full format on PC after format on everdrive

no, it is not firmware. os format tool just make correct fat system format, but may stay some data uncleaned, so full format on pc can fix it
