Any way to dump NR-discs on retail / wii?

I've had a unknown discs with some with some unreadable pen-writing on the disc for 1-2 years now and always wondered what it contain.
Is there any way to dump/read the disc using a retail GC or Wii?

So annoying to not know if there's anything interesting on the disc ^_^
Even considered buying a NR-reader just for this.. but I don't even know if it's PAL/NTSC.. I suspect it to be PAL as I got it from a guy in the UK.. but I don't know.

Been told you can dump NR discs just fine with a PC DVD-ROM that can rip retail cube discs.

aaaaand otherwise#2: send it to a trusted member to have it dumped with their NR-Readers

no haven't really looked any more in to it. damn, should have tried doing this while I still had my nr-writer ;)
