    maby the planned for it to have hdmi all the way through but the hana chip wasnt ready till the following year or they saw that the ps3 was going to have it and thought yeah maby we should stick that in, doesn't really matter any way most people i know still have xenon's

    The thermal compound is made from the bones of still borns. Or so I've been told by Satan himself.

    I've always replaced it with IC7 diamond based compound which works wonders, only thing better is phase change TIMs which are typically limited to a handful of CPU sockets.

    i just use industrial transistor compound still 100x better than the ms stuff, kits seem to have the compound put on really badly, my zephyr was worst than this if il find the pic il upload it lol

    These are pics of a XeDK beta-1 i got from china. The ports were bad and some caps, so I soldered on new ones, it works perfectly now.
