It's pretty old for a 360 title but I've never played Perfect dark on any system before and have heard good things about this version as well as the original N64 version. Best of all this is the limited edition and only cost........ 500 yen! It's near mint too. The discs are perfect as is the metal case. the only thing letting it down are a few marks on the card thing.

Just bought this pocketstation-related item, anyone know what it is?

@Yakumo: Both games are good, but Perfect Dark Zero is very different from Perfect Dark (N64), has some interesting multiplayer modes but still fails to catch de essence of Perfect Dark (N64), I'd suggest you give the XBOX LIVE Arcade version of Perfect Dark (N64) a try, it is an amazing game, I still consider it one of the top console FPS games of all times.

I got a new Media PC for the TV today or should I just say a new emulation base for the TV today :) I know in the US and UK that computers are cheap but in Japan they're not cheap at all however I only paid 5000 yen for this beauty (that's about 38 pounds or 60 USD) but there's a a reason why it was so cheap.
nice and slim
Lovely brushed aluminium casing
Pretty good specs for the price. will run HD 1080p movies without a problem
But here is why it's cheap. The screen is dead. Sometimes it works, sometimes it's really dark and sometimes nothing.
But that doesn't bother me because I'll be using it on the HD TV through HDMI anyway :D

I just bought this game and was wondering if anyone knew if it was any good. I only got it because the same people that made harmful park made this. Its called Kururin Pa and its for playstation. its an Action puzzle game.

There are two Kururin-pa games for the Saturn. One with an orange cover and one with blue. From memory I think the blue version is an updated version of the game. It is a pretty good puzzle but nothing like Harmful Park. However, Harmful park is quite over rated as a shooter IMO.
Finally my retro emulation is more authentic, i can now play speccy & amiga & electron with something other than a snes pad. Feels really nice stick is really solid & fully microswitched including the buttons, very short travel too. Checked on the windows control panel & all the buttons are separate so thats all games covered :) Comes with some form of C64 emulator on a disk with 99 games not tried it out but may do later.

The new competition pro joysticks are awful compared to the original stick, has less joystick travel, awful soldering and use of a glue gun and the microswitches are smaller then the originals. Still if you have not used the originals or can't remember them then you won't notice the difference.
Like anyone reads the rubbish in the signature.
I don't mind the new version, i never used the originals enough to be able to tell the difference. All i cared about was if it was solid enough & uses usb & it delivers on both counts, works really well in all emulators i have tried so far. How it holds up to daley thompson's decathalon on amiga is another thing, that game literally destroyed every joystick lol.

I just use a USB Saturn pad for emulation :) Then again, I don't play any computer games so I guess it doesn't really matter. Actually, tell a lie. I play a Commodore Plus/4 emulator because that was the first computer I ever owned back in 1984. I was 9 back then. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commodore_Plus/4
Hehe well im going for matching controller for what im emulating, so the stick goes for old computer stuff. My famicom & super famicom pads go for their respective consoles. Well the famicom one will once my usb kit arrives & i solder it into the pad. As for mame i haven't settled on the preferred controls so i just use my sfc pad.
I finally found Ridge Racer 64 complete in very close MINT condition! Together with Dead or Alive: Limited.
Now I'm just waiting on my games from Yakumo arrive :/
