Quality racing games, and they are cheap nowadays.

My favorite in the series is Burnout Revenge.

3 was just really impressive to me when it was released. Really flashy!
I don't like Revenge because it's more like a street war. Burnout 2 symboliyes one of the most perfect arcade racers to me, Burnout 3 poses my highlight in the series. I think Revenge's biggest "flaw" is the fact that you can "push" away the traffic on your side of the road, this eliminated a big part of the fun for me. I also did not like the crash junctions :/
<- can someone please make this as a repro and sell it so me?

Nice price there, half the price of the one on Eurasia. Gonna be installed into a PAL Cube.
Also ordered recently: KoFXIII, DDP Resurrection & Child of Eden - all 360.

Is the qoob pro still THE reference when it comes to mod chips on the Gamecube?

I dunno honestly, but it seems pretty great to me.
I'm going to assume it'll be either the Viper Extreme (or whatever) or the Qoob Pro.
Can you play it outside of Japan or is it IP locked? Do you have some ntsc-j X360 games that you want to get rid of? (of course for a price, not just for shipping charges :) ). I'm interested in games never released outside of asia, or those with seperate achievement list compared to US/EU release.
Sorry for derailing thread, today I bought:
2000Y but after adding SMJ fee + shipping charges it's not as great deal as i thought.

I have no idea. I don't care for Monster Hunter nor can be bothered to test the discs. There are a few guys in the UK buying some discs but they have an idea they won't do anything. Just a collectors item I guess. I'll be just throwing them in the bin by the end of the week anyway. I only offered them for sale (well, for the price of shipping) just in case someone wanted one.
Hmm, I don't have any for sale at the moment. I did have a few for sale but they've been sold  If you really want some Japanese 360 games then check out Yahoo Auctions Japan. You can find some good deals there if you buy in bulk sets.

Just ordered parts to try a shift toward PC gaming. Including the popular 2600K and GTX580. :)
Nice parts for PC gaming Lum, where i going to be picking up new parts i certainly would go for those. Sadly i'm stuck without a functional PC whilst i await a repaired or replaced motherboard and unless it's older games my laptop is no good for gaming.
Anway i picked up another copy of MGS 2 on the ps2 this time one that has the bonus dvd. Also picked up both ridge racer and ridge racer type 4 for the ps1 as well as the 360 version of ridge racer.

Very nice though GTX580 is overkill :P 2x GTX 560 Ti in SLI will cost less and probably out perform it but then you would want a motherboard capable of doing PCIE 8/8 like the Maximus IV Gene-Z Z68. Mine does 16/4 and the others didn't launch until a few weeks later grr! The 2600k is a good choice though. The 2700k is an overpriced 2600k and the 2500k is lovely, but it doesn't do hyperthreading which is godly.
One thing I'd do differently second time around though is go for 4x 2Gb sticks of DDR3 2133MHz instead of 2x 4Gb sticks of DDR3 1600MHz.
Anyhow I'd reccomend an Xbox 360 for Windows controller. It costs about £45 to go wireless including the play and charge kit and dongle so sod that, but it only costs £18 to go wired and the cable is long. A whole bunch of games made after 2006 support it out of the box and other games may support it if you go through the chore of manually assigning buttons. It will help you make the transition from console to PC but also it will be a DirectX11box lol (360 doesn't even do DirectX 10 - still uses DirectX 9 AFAIK) and as such most ports will look vastly superior on your new machine.

Not really game related but I will be using it to take pictures of games, my panasonic Lumix GF2 arrived today. I'm well happy with it but I really need to download an English manual to get the most out of the camera. Quite a nice price at only 22'000 yen.
Pictures taken with my 5 year old Lumix point and shoot camera.

2 copies of Bully: Scholarship Edition @ £2.49 each in the Steam Daily Sale.
One copy is for me, the other I gifted to my brother. He is a devout christian IRL, but oddly in game he is quite brutal so hopefully he will enjoy it - provided he isn't on one of his occasional moral crusades.
