I would Tend To Say No, due to the fact that the dev signature and retail signatures for a game are different...

sounds bad..what will be if i dump a beta and burn it on a normal dvd.any chance that the 360 can play the game??
Robert I know you're not a 360 person.
1. Get a review kit
or
2. Make a Jtag unit
A dev kit is worthless to you given your needs.
Well, sort of.
Reviewer kits were discontinued. So just look for any non retail console really. If you want to save a bit of money, you can try a jtag. Usually by the stage games are being sent out to review they're close enough to retail for you to not have problems. But the possibility of debug libraries or memory being referenced still exists, in which case it wouldn't work on a jtag.
