0001 on a reviewer kit any ideas?

Just got my kit today first time plug it in 0001 3 rrod, first thing i try xclamp fix did nothing, next checked the stand by voltages and 12v is shorted to 0v "Great" now just to find the short look over the board for a few hours nothing not a mark nothing out of place, next check the mosfets and transistors one blow transistor near the back next to the power changed it no difference, im all out of ideas any one got any tricks to fix this thing

good news fixxed 0001 but now its got 0021 :(

an update i fixed it but it crashed and now has 0022 i am unsure if this means its bricked or it needs reballing any ideas would be welcome

i just looked round "console wizard" and i cant find any re balling service on there also im not sure if the kit is bricked but seeing as it does 0031 0110 0020 0021 and 0022 i think its a gpu problem, so if any one had any where to recommend for re balling its much appreciated
