Hi, a little late to the game, anyone have any links to SNES of Genesis cartridge and covers? Obviously the megaupload one's are not accessible.
Thank you very much if you can help.
Can someone also advise of settings to print from paint or another non photoshop app for the cover, case art and SD card?

Hi, I just created this insert for N64, is a really simple one and thanks to stoneagegamer for let me use his wallpaper as a front, so people can use that wallpaper for custom pic in menu, more details here http://www.assemblergames.com/forums...d.php?t=36935:
I recommend to use it with 8bitplus label (all credits goes to him):

Got my Super Everdrive last night, here's the results of my tinkering.
Hope you like it. :-)
Hi aykhut,
Right now, I can don't have enough time to find the original files, but I will post a link here as soon as I find them.
I think within 36 hours :)
Here is link
Enjoy :)

I finally got around to designing labels for all of the Everdrives I currently own. They could still use a little tweaking.

Here's one I did for ED 64. I ripped off another design for background, Everdrive 64 logo, and Nintendo logo. Found the rest across the net.

Classic hardware collector and modifier. Currently focused on Sega, Xbox, and Nintendo stuff. New Xbox project:
don't post your cover in jpeg format.
it just ugly for printing.![]()
How is the jpeg format "ugly for printing"? Many stock imagery companies supply their images in jpeg format for both Web and print design. It wouldn't be very easy to do sell these images if jpegs were unsuitable for print production.
There may be other issues that perhaps you're associating with jpegs. For one, if the image will be printed, it should be saved with a very low level of compression. Also, because many jpegs are intended for the Web, they are saved in RGB, which has a color space that is outside the range of printers (switching the image to CMYK will give you a better idea of how the colors will look when printed, but this can still be quite different, due to a lack of color calibration). Finally, jpegs are often saved at 72 ppi (again, because they are often intended for the Web), and the standard for images going to print is 300 ppi.
So, your issue isn't likely with jpegs, but with the way those jpegs were created.
Just like with the MD, I've spent way too long working on the label for the SNES. This time I worked completely in vector with illustrator. Working on some colour variations and general tidying, and I might throw some sprites in, but I've done about as much as I can be bothered to. It's for a PAL cart, if it wasn't obvious. Now onto the N64...
Please respect the amount of time and effort taken and my ownership of the design, and only use the images for personal use.

EDIT - Few random sprites sporadically thrown in:
