Never received activation email when I created "Ichinisan" profile!

It has been three days and the activation email never arrived. I searched multiple times for a way to have it re-sent and there was no way. I checked to see if it was incorrectly identified as "spam" and it was not. Normally, PHPBB has some way to contact an administrator, but that was missing too.

I was anxious to respond to a thread as quickly as possible, but I don't want to do it under this alternate profile I was forced to create.
