how i rate the value-cost of them.
What's the worth of the sealed videogames?
why do some sealed games cost more than other?
What criteria should i have to know to put a price?

Does the CGA (VGA), premiervideogames and others have a method to rate them?

Look for what they went for on ebay by searching finished auctions or sales threads on message boards. Some forums also provide the possibility to ask for the value of games, on Assemblergames this is only possible for rarer games and anonymously.

Depends a bit on what game there is under the seal, lol.

All sealed collector's are desperately looking for that one sealed game that was promised to contain a magic cookie, allowing the successful muncher to travel in time.
