Gamecube Development Hardware
Action: BOUGHT FROM
Item: Gamecube development items
Time: March 2011
Comments: Perfect transaction. Items were all packed incredibly well. Dev hardware is notoriously delicate and bot the GDEV and DDH made it through in working condition. Kiff is a trustworthy seller and can be trusted with big ticket items like development equipment. Excellent seller!

Action: Bought from
Item: Lovely jubbly
Time: April 2011
After some haggling over price I came home a happy man. It is a shame I couldn't talk him in to trying some Nandos Extra Hot Peri Peri Chicken whilst I was there - he says time is not on his side but I just think he is afraid of the food haha. Maybe another time.
Anyhow I'm content to trade with him again, especially as he is just a single train ride away to somewhere I have been before.

Action: Bought from/traded
Item: Lovely jubbly
Time: May 2011
After some haggling over price I came home a happy man again. This time however I managed to talk him into trying the Nandos Extra Hot Peri Peri Chicken and he seemed to like it. His Peri Peri chips looked more like chips though (sparsely coated) and he wasn't a fan of the bottled-only Extra Extra X hot sauce, but at least kiff tried it so fair play to him.
The best part of the purchase though (apart form kiff and my stuff!) had to be roaming around the arcades in the precint. We dropped a few quid into Terminator Salvation Deluxe - it was AWESOME. You get a HK416 type assault rifle each, slap the bottom to reload the magazine and have a button by the M203 type thing to launch grenades.
After that we tried a bit of Silent Hill (totally SHIT, crappy graphics, dreadful lightgun, one shot kills, no need to reload, had screenburn then bugged so the guns stopped working and the zombies bitch slapped us), then onto Time Crisis 2 were Kiff owned me as he is a good pistolier!
After that we sank many more coins back into Terminator Salvation Deluxe - we actually cleared the first game mode though it cost a small fortune. I did own kiff this time again when I was back to my trusty assault rifle haha. I did sorta ninja most of the power ups though but yeah I usually had 50% more kills than kiff per level at least but on the last round he finally beat my record for once!
We went across to another arcade to try some driving games. Fast & Furious Tokyo Drift was SHIT with almost no drifting. We went on another similar game with actual drifting though which was more fun so we had a couple of goes. All in all it was a nice trip - the train ticket was cheaper than a courier, but overall doing the other stuff too the trip was more costly, but at the same time it was worth every penny.
Some other members probably live in or around Bradford - it may be worthwhile having a get together. I'm only an hour away by train which is NP for me but I wouldn't reccomend anything daft like a cross country visit though and it is probably best to make a new thread to discuss it :P
Anyhow I will buy/trade with kiff again... though hopefully next time his Peri Peri chips will actually have some Peri Peri on them (haha!) and maybe I can talk him into gobbing some more of the bottled-only Extra Extra X hot Peri Peri sauce too ;)

Kiff
Action: Bought From
Item(s): Sony/Sega E3 and GC press discs
Feedback: Fantastic seller, honest friendly and all around great guy.
Time: 20/05/11
Bought a set of E3 SCEE/Sega press discs from this very professional and wonderful guy.
My second transaction on Assembler and I seriously cannot knock the attitudes and helpfulness of the guys who use these forums.
Kiff along with several others has been a great help and like the others I hope I can count the guy as a friend?
I just need to add that as someone who has used Ebay as both a buyer and (with a little self pity) a seller I can't fault the system of a forum like this.
I've been a victim of nearly every type of scam on there- Ebay talks about trust? Getting 'personal' with your buyers?
It's forums like this and guys like this that need to replace Ebay.
Once again Kiff: Thanks so much mate.
Looking forward to the next one :)
Glenn
