Thanks for the tip, I can't believe I forgot about that thread.
Well, I pretty much assembled it now but when I powered it on I didn't really get the image I wanted. It's squeezed to like 1 inch and the most left part of the image is displayed on the right of the screen.
When it comes to monitors I'm afraid I'll have to admit my knowledge about this subject is naught, so my question is: any chance you know what's causing this, and how to solve it?
What might be worth noting is that it's been in a car outside in a temperature of -3°C. As said before I'm a complete no no when it's about monitors, but I thought that might have some sort of impact on it?
To help visualise what I mean, I made two 'pictures'.
I have an amazing DSLR, but always when I need it I don't have it with me or cant find it. The only alternative I had was this 4 year old phone. So sorry for the crappy pictures!

Hey parris bit of a bump here but how much would you pay for one of these with the courier and all im looking specifically for a banged up unit to repair
Well, the two units I was offered were £125 and £65 each. One was barely a shell and had some serious damage to the front of it. A friend of mine wanted that unit and it's still sitting un-touched in my garage. The unit I created this thread from cost significantly less to put together and refurbish than buying a second-hand unit, so was worth it.
I was just lucky as the person who sold the units to me had purchased them on eBay for next to nothing, had managed to get a couple of units working and decided to off load the remaining cabs cheaply.
I would say that you should expect to pay around £150-200 for per unit in poor condition. At that kind of price you can expect the monitor to be needing replaced. I was just very lucky when I slapped a new chassis on mine that it was ok.
Transport depends on a whole host of things, but Gaming Direct managed to deliver mine for £55 per unit from Norwich to Scotland.

Well mine came to me without really looking. In fact I wasn't looking for one at the time. Just keep your eyes open for them turning up, or start asking on various forums.
i really envy you Parris, i dont think i will ever be able to own more than 1 cab until i got my own house (this is going to happen in 2 or 3 years i think)

I've just picked up another Naomi UR actually for next to nothing as I managed to trade lots of spares for it. Considering a conversion for Chihiro, so will need to locate a cheap C board. Stand up OR? Viable? We shall see!

The NAC up and running with a brand new Tri-Sync chassis on a standard MS8 screen. Minimal screen burn and everything minty.
