Things that you regret you sold

I regret selling my 1st electric guitar when I needed the money.

When the doctor asked me, if I heard voices in my head, the voices said "tell him no!"

I regretted selling my very first mint Sega branded Wondermega because now they cost twice as much. Saying that I still own a mint Victor Wondermega so I'm not as sad as I was.

I sometimes regret selling my PC Engine collection to tell the truth. In a matter of months I had quite a large and healthy collection.

Ugh... I did the same thing. I sold mine because I need money for college books. Worst thing I ever did.

I regret selling a Megajet box set by Mumin (who made the Mega CD Fresh Cleaner) which effectively turned the Megajet into a incar console. Had LCD screen, mounting bracket, Car lighter power supply for both units and cables. I bought it at work, then sold it to a prefered customer (who bought several thousand pounds worth of stuff) but never saw one since, not even on the internet....

Also regret selling certain arcade PCBs that have since become expensive (Bubble Bobble, Space Invaders 90, Nemesis, Salamander, Life-Force, Gradius III)

I also regret selling my grandmother as I could have got at least 20 quid more... :110:

Hmmm, my N64 and my games, I guess. Back then I'd have to scrounge all I could just to have enough money for one new game. I think back then I had like 2 or 3 N64 games anyway.

I sold it all so I could get Arc the Lad collection, however, and I really REALLY liked that game. If I had a job back then, I would have kept my stuff.

Sold over 18+ mint Saturn games I purchased myself to Microplay for only $4 each. Never realized how much of a rip that was. The lessons you learn when your young!

My 1979 USA fender strat with micro adjust neck... thought it sounded balls, now in my later years I realise, the Zoom-707 sounded balls. Not the strat. *sigh*

Every game console I ever owned, specially the ones back in the days bought new in box and sold for almost nothing when wanting to buy a new console a couple of years later.

I try not to sell anything if I don't have to, so that kinda solves the problem. Of course, there's the multitude of boxes upon boxes in my flat, and the nagging of the woman (wtf, more boxes?), but at least I don't have nostalgia about stuff I threw out :P

Around 10 years ago I almost sold my first console and traded some of it for a Jaguar, I probably would have regretted that later. Back then it was pretty fun though, trading games you finished, then trading again, etc. Ah, fun times, before ebay and all. But I digress.

Close to selling, I used to lend stuff to people, big mistake. Funny how people manage to break / never return 90% of your stuff.
