This happened about 11-12 years ago. I was working at the time with this guy who got the idea that he wanted to be a video game programmer and developer. He purchased the Net Yaroze from Sony for like $750.00 to help him try and reach this goal. Well to make a long story short, he got bored with the idea after a week of messing with the Yaroze and he traded it to me for my stock grey Playstation. I've had it ever since.
I got an antique table from the compactor at my apartment complex the other week. It's beautiful and the person that put it in there obviously wanted it to be retrieved as it was carefully placed near the front.
I was going to leave it but decided it was worth the walk of shame. I reckon it is worth a fair bit as it is very finely made, mahogany and obviously quite old. Why it was discarded I have no idea. I just hope it is not cursed... :lol:

Got a Dreamcast Controller (Original, not third party) for 99 cents in a Gamestop in Miami last year, was pretty fun.
Bought from a friend a "Broken" PSX for $10 Bucks, like 6 years ago, fixed it and re sold it for 85 bucks :D

I just got a Xbox Alpha Kit on ebay for 35 dollars (75 with shipping and insurance)! The kit has a unique front panel, it has the floppy drive accessable from the front instead of from the inside like every other alpha i've seen.
Is this an unbelievable deal or what?!?

He probably only checked the`Videogames“ section of ebay. It was listed in `Computers and Networking` so that must be why noone found it.

It wasn't only under "Computers and Networking", but it was also listed as "Other" as the brand, but a quick search of "xbox development" brought it up.
