I bought this for 10USD at a yard sale. Did I win guys? (I'm asking if this is rare or just something I should toss or what? :3)

There's a little toggle switch in the back -- definitely out of place, so it couldn't have been included in retail models. That's all I've got.

OMG! You got a Test 3DO for $10
Consider yourself very lucky! Perhaps it's not worth a lot but it sure as hell is a rare find!

Got Excite Truck for the Wii for 27 USD. Regularly sells here in Mexico for about 70 USD.

It was strange, at first only Ubi Soft games for Nintendo consoles had price reductions (all Wii games for 27 dollars, al Gamecube games for 17 dollars, all DS games at 30 or less) wich I tought made sense, since Ubisoft has local distribution (compared to Nintendo, wich has none, so everything Nintendo is super expensive. I'm paying 400 dollars for the Wii, for instance, the cheapest price I have been able to find here)

But now seems the local Wal-Marts are just randomly lowering prices for Wii games. I got to see Call of duty for 27 too. Unfortunately they no longer stocked Rayman :(

Great find! I'd love to have one of those, especially for $10! Wow!

Picked up a XB360 headset, HDD, and system launch remote control for a grand total of $5.00 today.
Well, it's rather brutal here. Right now we are advising all our clients to put everything they've got into canned food and shotguns.

Curious, how did that happen? Store closeout? Buddy who needed to get rid of things? Clueless yardsaler? THESE ARE IMPORTANT DETAILS!

Small local rental chain that didn't rent the HDD with the system and didn't know what it was worth when they sold it.

As stupid as it sounds, I'm trying to ID the store from the price tags...is it Superstore? Or maybe Toys R Us? Or Zellers :P

A few months ago I was lucky to pick up a boxed, almost unused Sega Mega CD I for £9 at a carboot sale. I returned last week to take another look and was amazed to find a fully complete Nes Rob Robot Delux Set for £25 being sold by the same seller. Guess these boot sales are quite good afterall.

Yeah, theres definitely a lot of very low quality 'basic' consoles found on the boot fairs, half of them that are in such poor state that they probably don't work even if the dealer says otherwise. Then theres always the other side where the dealer overvalues his products, so it would actually be cheaper to buy of ebay or equivalent. Amid all this there are bargains out there, not easy to find, but possible nontheless, and worth the effort in digging them out.
