Wait, your offer is $4,000 for a complete CPS collection? I don't know anyone who has one, but that doesn't seem like enough if that's what you're after given the rarity of some of the individual games.

Aside from the fact that nobody I know of has a complete collection, many games go for a lot more than 250 euros each on Yahoo.JP on the rare occasions when they come up. I think the last couple of basic packages with one game went for over 600 euros and there are some games that go for over 500 euros when and if they show up.
