Umm...Half Life Dreamcast leaked, publically. If you want it, you can get it pretty much anywhere.

The Blue Shift screens are still nice to see. I'm pretty sure that SUV looks wayyy nicer than it did in the PC version.

Has any of these surfaced in an original package? Manual, case, etc etc?
(I know it is unrleased thats why i am asking) The companies often send copies to press of this kind of stuff.

Isn't the leaked version what was intended for retail just with a remnant memory card bug?

Cool scan. Next time I'm home I'll pick up my issue of CVG magazine (UK based) that printed a Half Life review too and scan it in for everyone. Was gutted when it didn't come out and yet from that magazine knew how close it had been to release!

A member on here had the original pal release with the manual etc. Don't know if he still has it.

Leaked version is a WinCE model with horrible load times. There exists a Katana version and it is in collector's hands as a GD-R (The Kron has it I believe).

Jaysmith had some interesting stuff if memory serves. Posted some of it on here.

Yes, and I believe Fatalist have another one in GD-R more advanced that the leaked one.

Just to chime in with the obvious comment but is there any proof of these other versions of Half Life? I'd really like to see it.

Re: PAL boxed version - If there was one complete boxed version then logic dictates that there would have to be a load more (none of which have surfaced) - printing discs/covers/manuals isn't something you do in batches of '1' if you get my drift.

Always sceptical - but always happy to be proved wrong... ;)

Nice scans btw/ brings back fond memories!

There was a completed hint book, out local game shop had several of them already in the back waiting to be put on the shelves when they got notice that the game was canned.

The manual was from the developers I believe.

I think it was JaySmith2000 that had a full set of art for the game, FYI. (Sorry if I'm wrong.)

If this were true, why haven't they leaked it yet? Do they need donations to rip it or what? The 3fps frame rate can get very annoying at times.

Anyway, I have been doing research and apparently the game would have a multiplayer version that would have come out after the SP campaign, and have many PC mods included, like Counter-Strike, Day of Defeat, Team Fortress... Also it would have had Broadband adapter support. :banghead:

The strange thing is that it was on the shelf in complete blue pal packaging with manual and everything. This was around the official release date (i don't remember the date exactly). It was at a local shop called TV-Spelsbörsen. Now when i ask the shops owner about it he looks at me really suspiciously and in a strict voice tells me "you must be mistaken, it was never released".. lol wtf?

Didn't some hacks ported the pc version to the dreamcast?
